  1. Print one test page on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet to the light to check alignment.
  2. Set your printer to the highest quality setting and the paper type to "labels" or "glossy" for waterproof vinyl and clear gloss.
  3. Waterproof vinyl and clear gloss are inkjet only. Kraft, recycled and pastel papers work in inkjet and laser printers.
  4. Let inkjet prints dry for 10-15 minutes before peeling.
  5. For bottles that will sit in ice or a cooler, a light coat of UV-resistant clear spray over the printed vinyl helps the ink last.

Fits: Standard 16 oz round bottles (about 2.5 in. diameter), including Boston round, spray, lotion pump and tall-boy bottles

Questions

What size label fits a 16 oz bottle?
8 x 3.5 inches for a full wraparound on a standard 16 oz round bottle (about 2.5 in diameter). For a partial front label on the same bottle, a 4 x 3 or 3 x 2 label also fits; the full wrap gives the most print area and the most professional finish.
Will these fit a 16 oz spray bottle or lotion pump?
Yes, if the straight wall of the bottle is at least 3.5 inches tall and the circumference is 8 inches or less. Measure the straight section below the shoulder; most 16 oz Boston rounds, spray bottles and pump bottles qualify.
Are the labels waterproof?
The waterproof white vinyl and clear gloss versions are: they resist water, oil, soap and condensation and are made for bathroom, kitchen and beverage use. The 100% recycled white is a paper label for dry products.
Can I print them on my printer?
Yes. Waterproof vinyl and clear gloss are inkjet only; recycled white works on inkjet or laser. Print on letter (8.5 x 11) paper settings, three labels per sheet, using the free template.
How do I apply a wraparound label without bubbles?
Start at one edge, line the label up with the bottom of the straight wall, and roll the bottle into the label rather than pressing the label onto the bottle. The vinyl is repositionable for a few seconds before it sets.
How many labels do I need?
Each sheet has 3 labels. 10 sheets covers 30 bottles; 50 sheets covers 150; 250 sheets covers 750. Buy one pack size up if you are testing designs, since misprints use sheets too.
