Why is email the fastest way?  We love responding via email, and our customers love it, too.  When you have issues with your template, or questions about our products- it is the fastest way to get you on your way.  We send detailed help instructions, images, new templates and links to helpful walk-throughs.   Assisting with templates is often time-consuming for our customers over the phone.

Where is my order?

All of our products are warehoused, shipped and fulfilled by Amazon.   Amazon requests that all customers with order inquiries use their My Account > My Orders to request assistance.

I am having issues with my template.

We have a FAQ page with the most common customer template issues.  If this does not solve your problems, please contact us.  To expedite the issue, please include

I can not find my template.

All templates are located at dashleigh.com/templates. If you have trouble finding the template, you can also type the UPC of the product you purchased to find the template quickly.

I would like a refund or exchange.
