  1. Print one test page on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet to the light to check alignment.
  2. Set your printer to the highest quality setting and the paper type to "labels" or "glossy" for waterproof vinyl and clear gloss.
  3. Waterproof vinyl and clear gloss are inkjet only. Kraft, recycled and pastel papers work in inkjet and laser printers.
  4. Let inkjet prints dry for 10-15 minutes before peeling.

What size label fits a lip balm tube?
A 2 x 2.15 in. label wraps a standard 0.15 oz lip balm or chapstick tube. This size includes a security seal tab that folds up over the cap, so the tube shows if it has been opened.
How does the lip balm security seal work?
The label is one piece: the main panel wraps the tube and the narrow tab at the top folds over the cap and sticks to the other side. Opening the balm tears the tab. Apply the wrap first, then fold the tab over the closed cap and press it down.
Which material should I use for lip balm labels?
Waterproof white vinyl for most lip balm, since it resists the oils and butters in the balm and prints in full color on an inkjet printer. Brown kraft (inkjet or laser) suits a natural, handmade look and works well with a clear overcoat spray. Clear gloss (inkjet) gives a no-label look on white or colored tubes.
How many lip balm labels come in a pack?
