  1. Print one test page on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet to the light to check alignment.
  2. Set your printer to the highest quality setting and the paper type to "labels" or "glossy" for waterproof vinyl and clear gloss.
  3. Waterproof vinyl and clear gloss are inkjet only. Kraft, recycled and pastel papers work in inkjet and laser printers.
  4. Let inkjet prints dry for 10-15 minutes before peeling.

What bottles does a 3 x 1 in. essential oil label fit?
A 3 x 1 in. label wraps a 10 ml dropper bottle almost fully and fits a 15 ml dropper bottle as a front-and-sides label. It is the size to use when you want a band of text around the bottle, with the blend name and the oils in a single line.
Are essential oil labels oil resistant?
The waterproof white vinyl and clear gloss versions are: polyester film with a permanent adhesive, so drips of oil and handling do not blur the print or lift the edges. Allow 24 hours after applying. The brown kraft version is a paper label for gift sets and dry use.
How many essential oil labels are on a sheet?
18 labels per 8.5 x 11 in. sheet, 90 labels in a 5-sheet pack. Use template #8384 at the Dashleigh template center for Canva, Word, Pages and PDF.
How do I print small essential oil labels straight?
Print the template on plain paper first, hold it over a label sheet against a window and check the alignment. Set the printer to 100% scale rather than fit to page, choose the Labels or Heavy Paper setting, and feed the vinyl one sheet at a time.
