You may track your order at any time using the tracking number we provide to you after your order has been processed and shipped.
For USPS Standard Shipping, orders are shipped out through USPS, allowing us to offer fast delivery of items in 3-5 business days (excluding processing time) within the US.
For Two Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping, orders are shipped out through UPS. Orders must be placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 pm EST; otherwise, they will be processed on the following business day. Please keep in mind that FedEx delivers Monday through Friday only. Please also note that expedited shipping cannot be offered for P.O. Boxes.
*Please note that for all orders above $100.00, a signature will be required upon delivery.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.
If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.
