How Can I Contact You?

Fastest: Contact us through our contact form here or email us at support@dashleigh.zendesk.com.  We respond quickly.

Why is email the fastest way?  We love responding via email, and our customers love it, too.  When you have issues with your template, or questions about our products- it is the fastest way to get you on your way.  We send detailed help instructions, images, new templates and links to helpful walk-throughs.   Assisting with templates is often time-consuming for our customers over the phone.

Where is my order?  Dashleigh processes all orders within 1-2 business days and notifies you of the shipping/tracking code.  You can look up all of your information on your account page.

Amazon.com order: Amazon requests that all customers with order inquiries use their My Account > My Orders to request assistance.

How is it that my orders get here so fast?  All orders are warehoused, processed and fulfilled by Amazon.  That means that our products are located in one of their many conveniently located warehouses.  However, sometimes that means that orders can come in multiple shipments. 

I need help with my template?  We have a FAQ page with the most common customer template issues.  If this does not solve your problems, please contact us.

I can not find my template.  All templates are located at dashleigh.com/templates. If you have trouble finding the template, you can also type the UPC of the product you purchased to find the template quickly.

I would like a refund or exchange.

Amazon.com -- All of our products are warehoused, shipped and fulfilled by Amazon.   Amazon requests that all customers with return and exchange inquiries use their My Account > My Orders to request assistance.

Dashleigh.com -- We accept returns and exchanges for all unused dashleigh.com orders for up to 365 days after purchase.  Contact us and we will even pay for shipping back to us.
