Online Orders Return Policy
Dashleigh guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. If you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, any refund may be reduced.
- You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be unused in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
