Wholesale FAQs

Wholesale shipments will resume the

first week of January, 2017.

 

Please fill out our wholesale application form to apply for an account.  Once approved, you will receive an account that will give you access purchase wholesale items on our website.

Can I Order Online?

Yes! Wholesale customers can order online.  Peruse our products listings here

We currently only take online orders.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Please see individual products for shipping information.  Some items are available to ship withing 1-2 days.  Others may be print on demand and will ship after 5-7 business days.

Please allow 6-10 days to receive your order via standard USPS ground shipping.

Shipping Terms

We currently only ship via USPS Ground.  If you need a shipment quickly, we can work with you.  Just let us know.

However, the more you buy- the more you save on shipping!

Can I Ship to a P.O. Box?

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.

What Payment Options are Available?

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover.  We also take PayPal and Amazon Payments. We also take Apple Pay on mobile devices.

Do You Offer Net Terms?

Yes, after three shipments with us, let us know that you would like to receive invoices for Net 30 terms.  Currently, we only send invoices via email.  All invoice files will be located in your Account at Dashleigh.

Net terms begin on the day the products ship.  We will email you an invoice where you can pay using the same terms on the website.

What is the Return Policy?

We accept returns on wholesale orders if we have made an error. Please notify us within two weeks of the ship date if your order has been processed incorrectly and we will see that the matter is promptly resolved.

We take great care when packing your order to insure it arrives safely on your doorstep.  If the carrier damages your package during shipment you will need to contact us for a return authorization (RA) number. Be sure to keep all damaged packaging as evidence for the carrier.

Do You Require a Minimum Order?

For your convenience, Dashleigh does not require a minimum order for products. Most items have a minimum order quantity of 10 each.

However, shipping does get more cost effective the more you purchase!

How Do You Ship International Orders?

We currently only ship to the US and Canada.  Please contact us, we are open to working will all shops around the world.

Do You Offer Replacements? 

Yes, we do.  Considering that the items are in good condition and without any stickers or damage.  Contact us through our contact form for more information.

Where Can I Sell These Items?

You can sell these items in your store and your online shop.  We ask that you not sell these cards on Amazon, Etsy or Ebay.

How Can I Sell Dashleigh Items?

It is buyer’s responsibility to ensure your goods are not sold in a manner which may bring Dashleigh into disrepute, or through discount houses.
